We Will Love You is an experimental film driven by the motive of control and being controlled. Featuring symbolic figures such as riot shield and newsroom, the film aims to shape its own form of resistance — towards the current state of affairs, and towards the need to make sense of it all.

Linyou Xie, or LINYOUXIE, is a visual artist, film maker and 3D designer works and lives between London and Shanghai.
Many of his works are seen as a critical deconstruction of the symbolic violence in a post-colonial context, and attempt to radically problematize the new relationship between man and group under the new grand narrative
